These double-lined segmented heat packs are ideal for relieving aching or tired muscles and warming chilly nights!
Made of 100% cotton throughout (Canvas backing, cotton fronts and threads) and filled with pearl barley in segments for added comfort and ideal heat distribution. They have double lining to keep the filling securely in place and are perfectly sized to wrap around lower back, lap or neck and shoulders.
Care instructions: Store in a dry place, ideally in an airtight container with supplied dessicant. Do not wash.
Microwave for 1-2 minutes maximum (1 min 20 seconds for a 950w is ample, adjust according to power). Check heat is comfortable before wearing.
Tip: add a small cup of water to the microwave, next to the heat pack, to improve lifespan of product and help heat evenly.
